Now it is a good time to do so. As of 1.15.4 (Gotterdammerung), you need not to worry about casualties sustained, just capitulate France (do not create Vicky France) and the UK, but do not capitulate Poland. In the peace deal, annex all Polish and continental French states plus Corsica, then the achievement is completed. Germany has enough military forces to easily crush the Allied in the 1939 scenario.

Yeah, you just needed some light tanks and cheese. By attacking for one hour at a time, cancelling the attack and then starting a new battle you could avoid ever taking casualties. Then naval invade France and GG.

What a question, obviously yes. ^^
You don't need to have 0 casualties, only less than my 475, which wasn't super hard and still doable without a tremendous amount of cheese. Just push with Light Tank divisions and with nothing else, and make sure you have aircover in the regions you are fighting.
And yeah I am telling you all to "git gud".

This achievement is outdated, unrealistic, and confusing. Given the current UK homeland defense mechanisms, it would be impossible for Germany to conquer Britain without significant losses. Therefore, it should be either reworked or abolished.

In general, achievements in HOI4 are useful for beginners looking to improve their skills or familiarize themselves with the game mechanics. However, once you've completed some of the hardest achievements—especially those that involve frustrating grinding, like defeating the Allies as a minor nation after 1939—you may find yourself moving on. At that point, achievements become less relevant, and you can simply play the game your own way, following your own rules.
