As King of Galatia, I'm soon going to become emperor of Pontus, but I fear the moment my dukes become kings due to relatively small size of the de jure kingdoms around. I could wait until the de jure drifts of the different duchies into my own kingdoms, but that's a whole 100 years away, time I could be using to expand my borders even more.
What I ask for is a clause, event or decision that could allow the formation of kingdoms within my soon to be formed Empire of Pontus. It may have a strong opinion malus from the duke barred from his right to kingship, as to compensate for my benefit.
Does it exist in some form yet? Is there any plans for adding it?
