Formable nation of Gran Columbia. The dream of Simon Bolivar!

Gran Columbia, or Grand Columbia I'm actually not sure, should be a formable nation for South American Colonial nations in the appropriate location. Gran Columbia was the dream of Simon Bolivar who was a critical figure in freeing many former Spanish colonies from Spain. The nation actually did exist at one point, obviously, even if it was only from 1819 to 1831. But, I mean, the game let's us form Germany way early so I don't see an issue there with the time frame.

Colombia is already formable by countries in this region and is as far as I know intended to be Gran Colombia (there is after all no other Colombia in the timeline).
