Forming Eranshar during a war does not keep trace of your war participation

Description​

When i formed Eranshar during a war with no allies, my war participation dropped to 0%, and was divided among my PUs, and therefore i didn't get any money from them.

Steps to reproduce​

Load the game
Peace the Ottomans for money
Receive no money :c

I checked your save. You get no money, because you have 0% war participation. All the money goes to the other countries based on their participation. Hungary for example gets 1040 ducats due to their ~30% war participation.

But I'm not sure why you have 0% war participation given that most participants are your subjects. Maybe it is because you became Eranshahr during the war.

Oh, i didn't think about that at all !
Forming Eranshar must not have kept my participation in the war, and since Persia did not exist anymore, the participation must have been returned to my PUs as if they were independant, then.
