I just completed the unification of the Federation of the Andes starting as Argentina and formed the new tag.

Imagine my surprise to find that my former primary culture is discriminated against and is no longer a primary culture!

Seeing as there is a special name for forming the Federation of the Andes as Rio de La Plata, I think there should be an event or something in the code to account for the fact that a Platinian country formed it instead of an Andean one so you don't lose your primary culture. It's already a pretty big challenge to form it before the individual cultures form anyway, I don't think this would necessarily break the game.

Reactions:
Some of these unifications should attempt at actually unifying the culture, either as a "post-formation" Journal or as a flip. I do believe it would be more fun to do it as a JE, so it feels more involved (and at times, so it also gives the whole route an epilogue-type job to do. Also, the latter would be like how it currently is that fits all cultures as primary.

Another oversight, another corner cut. They'll probably fix it in a couple of months, or a couple of years.
