Welcome to Fallout Realism
The Setting :
War, War never changes.
Right before the world was engulfed in atomic flames, The Caribbean was a backwater.Far past its glory,it was an area of third world colonies and former spanish colonies. When the bombs fell, this suddenly changed.
While the USA and most mainland countries got pretty hard, The Carribbean came off lightly.Apart from Cuba, which is still highly radioactive and mutated in some places,And Puerto Rico, which is still considered a no go place, the Carribbean is thriving.Due to the low amount of nukes, Some pre-war governments that fled Europe in the last weeks before the war, now exactly 200 years ago,are established on the islands. These are highly advanced nations, but often lack the resources to do anything major. One such example are the Antilles, where the Queen of the Netherlands,(or so she claims to be) rules as an autocratic ruler.Rumors come that her researchers have made a major discovery...(this is an even later in the game). But not all governments were that lucky. Some did not manage to get over in time,And the lands once ruled by these governments have turned into petty states, some larger then the other.Piracy is also very common in the Carribbean, many pre-war ships have been kept in prime conditions, and any trading ships should be heavily guarded, lest they fall in hands of your enemy,or worse, pirates...Thus we go in the year 2300.A new century, new chances.
The Rules :
1: Each player gets 2 orders, which may be used on a variety of things, such as building, military action, looting, plundering, pirating, and so on.
2: If you fail to send orders 3 times without good reasons, you are booted and a replacement will take over your spot
3: The basic forum rules are in place here, and if you break one , apart from what ever punishment you get from the mods, you will get booted as well.
((these rules are under a subject of change.))
