I don't know if this has been posted but recently, I have noticed that every time I have put foundations in different areas, some of them decide not to do it, basically going away, I haven't been right-clicking on it and if I go to one side of the map for 5 minutes to check something then go back to one of the areas that have foundation ready to be built, it partly do it then the foundation graphic goes away
