Hello there! Thank you for the report. It unfortunately wasn't clear what the issue was. Could you provide more information and if possible a way to reproduce the issue? Could you provide a savefile? The situation you described would happen if Saluzzo was in Personal Union with Provance. Lorraine as designed gets inherited by Provance, before putting it in Personal Union with France, but all other Provance's subjects of Personal Union will be transfered as a Personal Union to France.
