Free France needs more harbours

hi all

was playing a test game with france 39 scenario. as intendet i lost the war and it seems you get a lot of ships then by event. however as theres no big harbour in Brazzaville (Pointe-Noire, etc) i cant put them on the map?
maybe add one big port there.

Not only the free-french are suffering from too few ports on the map. If you check all those minors which could be released during the game you'll find many examples of missing naval and air bases. While checking the free-french situation in vanilla in search for a better representation of it in AOD/E3 I already started to make some adjustments of this type. There will also be some adjustments to the defections from Vichy to the free-French.
