free leader IDs

Okay...so I wanna put one of them extra nation tags to good use and create a new nation. How do I know which Monarch and Leader IDs are free? And...umm...no I don't feel like looking through all the other files and copiling a list myself ;)

There are about 4.2 billion ID's for events.
For monarchs/leaders there are 20000 id's available.

However, don't use id's below 15000 as those are reserved for official Paradox patches.
