This is for support, bug reports, feature requests, and general feedback for the Free Range Camera mod.

If you are reporting a bug, please remember that I can't see your computer, so you need to be very explicit in your description of the issue so that I can understand what's going on. Logs and/or screenshots to support your report would also be a good idea and will generally save time.

Is there a way to place the camera at its original angle: completely looking down and having a customizable rotation angle relative to the map, such as 90 degrees or 180 degrees. I remember there is a mod in Skyline 1 that can be achieved using the Ctrl+R keys.

Not yet, no. This mod (currently) is just about limits, not positions. That might change in the future.

Can you help me out?
I wish to be able to drag the camera with the right mouse button.
So without WSAD, just hold the right mouse button and drag the camera.
I'd try to do this myself in modding but i don't know anything about it.
So i ask you to please make this (this is the best i can do).
Otherwise i'd like to make it myself but i don't know where to go to learn to mod cs2.

I could have a look at it, but I'd need a specific design to work to. When you say 'drag the camera', what exactly do you mean? Panning, zooming, dolly, something else?

I have a second request also.
I wish the game to have "strategic zoom".
This is the same zoom that google maps has.
Wherever you point your mousecursor; there you will zoom into and out from.

There appears to be a bug, where if I am focused on an object or a cim or something, then the functionality of the mod is disabled. It re-enables after I stop focusing. I haven't noticed this behaviour before, so not sure what could have affected it.

The game has separate camera rules for when you're focused on an object, and these aren't changed by this mod (mostly because if you're focused on an object then you want to still see it).
