I was thinking of finnish civil war. Need the 'official government' which would be the Whites, and the commies aka Reds.

so they are going to fight it out? rather than have them all just appear?

BIOSIS

Well, that is what I am after here. If the 'lead personnel' of this mod agree, I think I could do the 'nations' and events. Needs some practicing though...

Have you seen the March 1918 scenario thread? We'd looked at various options for the Finnish civil war, including giving Soviet Russia control of some southern Finnish provinces to represent the Reds. However, since historically it was over within a couple of months of the scenario start, and the AI is unlikely to manage the same thing, I was currently leaning towards just giving the country FIN a high level of dissent at the start of the scenario, to represent the civil war. However, if you're interested in developing this in more detail, we'll be glad to look at your ideas.

That is why I am asking if there are any free tags, as obviously the fact is just like you said: it was all over in a few months. Just extra flavor.

I need to go to the library to borrow some books about the issue, so the 'plan' oughta be ready by next weekend.

I think I rejected the notion of using another tag for the Finnish communists many months before, but as I consider you a good pal, I shall give you the opportunity to come up with events, leaders, ministers regarding the Finish Civil War. :)

Congratulations, young man! :) I ought to point out that our Russian Revolution events are pretty much finished and that they shall require little further research, although your gracious offer of help is most appreciated. :)
