French Appanages receiving money in peace deals

Description​

French Appanages are able to receive money in peace deals as if they were independant allies in a war, when they are just a subject type. AFAIK, no other subject type gets this treatment in peace deals.

Steps to reproduce​

Play France, get in a war with no allies and when asking for money in the peace deal you will see the money being split between France and the appanages based on war participation.
