Description​

Hi,
The tooltips says +1/-1 for monthly harmonizing.
It seemed a lot (since it's a yearly process, +1 or -1 per month would mean +12/-12 in one shot, while the thing has a -3 /+3 range usual value from what I saw in my game).

I checked the wiki and there it's a yearly bonus, which I find more believable.

get that random event while harmonizing
