(french only?) cancelled popup menu text is so long that another cancellation is written over part of the first one

(french only?) cancelled popup menu text is so long that another cancellation is written over part of the first one

Description​

See that I cancelled 3 popups:
- the "you can do a state" one (marked as 1 in the screenshots)
- the "you can upgrade a charter company" one (marked as 1 in the screenshot 2, but marked two times as 2 in the screenshot 1 because... )
- the "you can sell crown land" one.

But if "can sell crown land" is cancelled, it appears in the line after "do improvment in charter company" , but it's over the second line of that popup text (which is 3 rows long in french , as showed in screenshot 2)

I'm sorry I can't add 2 screenshots so I put them in the "attachements section" and only the one showing the issue in the screenshot, but you need both to see the real issue.

Steps to reproduce​

cancel those 3 popups in french
