Fresh Steam reinstall, patch 1.06b but wrong checksum

I was wondering whether someone could help me. After save game issues I decided to reinstall my Steam version of CK II. Upon starting the game I notice that I have the wrong checksum. I have the GamersGate checksum (LFOE) and not the Steam checksum (YYEV). Upon removing CKII I removed the CKII directory in the Steam folder and the Crusader Kings II directory under Paradox Interactive under MyDocuments.

LFOE is the correct checksum there isn't different checksums for GG and Steam editions. If there would be you could not play online games between versions.
