Expected Result​

Certain Fundamentalist government ideals with conditional bonus have useful tooltip.

Actual Result​

Certain Fundamentalist government ideals have those 'religious population following your state in this region' conditional bonus. And it shows current number, in this case 97.73%.
But that's the number for the homeland. If these bonuses were properly implemented, the 'have' part isn't really helpful as it shows the condition in only one region. It might mislead players to think they would get the bonus in every region regardless of region religion status, even.
