Anyone remember this game? 2007 RTS?

Any way to link the serial from it to this forum at all? I see it is not up on Steam or anything like that at all.

The game has no credits other than Paradox. What happened to it? Doesn't seem to be a Niche acknowledgement of it at all.

It doesn't seem to be like Supreme Ruler 2020 where it was a game published on behalf of a developer that then later took back the publishing rights.

It looks like it is listed as an icon on there (fourth post on the link - Classic Games G-M). So there’s presumably some way to get it. The icon is a gold, orange, and red circle. Hard to tell exactly what it depicts.
