Galactic Conquest?

I understand if it would be a little big, but I would love a mode where they give you a star map and you can just take over the planet's one by one.

Perhaps even different wars on multiple planets at the same time! Though it would take forever, it would be cool.

This is pretty much what campaigns would probably be like. Just probably with more limited choices.

Yeah, that's how I read it also. Which was pretty much Battle for Middle Earth 2 conquest mode in space =)
