Galactic Empire Mode: Increase the Hall of Heroes size to 60

Simple as that.

There's 8 Factions and 7 Secret techs, giving a total of 56 unique hero combinations.

The current limit of the hall of heroes is 50.

I've search every corner of the internet and even tryied to do it myself. Someone know how or have a mod with that?
