I have a 50k size city with an average death of 50 citizens per cycle.
Suddenly, without nothing happens (I play with disasters off) that number goes over 1.5k deaths per cycle.
That causes a massive wave of unhappiness and my ctiy plummets into depth.
I need using 12 crematoriums with 150% health budget and without road traffic, just to break even the 1.5k deaths.
Then the number of deaths goes down to the average of 50 (reducing my city size by around 20k citizens) leading to an almost unavoidable bankruptcy state.
My health offer have 100% coverage.

Please fix this bug. It breaks any city I start.
Edit: I am a Xbox user with all dlc

sounds like you've poisoned the drinking water

I wish it was so simple.
Have full water availability, full water treatment and the polluted water is no where near the pumps.
The death rate spikes, in the city info graph, every 3 years, with no apparent reason.

This is not a bug, it's a recurring death wave cycle caused by mass zoning of high density residential areas. The effects of death waves on a city can be made worse by traffic congestion, preventing deathcare from functioning efficiently.
