Game closes after loading a saved campaign

The game closes after loading a saved campaign, no matter if first load the game and then open a saved campaing, or if its from the Paradox Launcher and clic on Continue. I've tried to run on 32 bits, and on safe mode, but the result is the same. The game has no mods, just all DLC. Can you help me?.

the same thing happening to me as well, I got this error after downloaded the going green DLC.
someone said if you add anything from new DLC to old ones this will happen, and I think I added the blue recycle bin to my island DLC prison and this happened after -_-
