Game consistently crashes after 5-10 minutes of running

After about 5-10 minutes of running it freezes. Moving cursor and music still run but no buttons work. Task manager shows it as not responding. Eventually you have to kill it with task manager as normal means dont work.

Using the Steam version on windows 10, all DLC. Attached is one of the crash reports stellaris generated.

You have the game using the openGL renderer which is not supported - it's only for diagnostic purposes. Remove that launch option in Steam - is that any better?

If not please attach new logs here. Plus
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here. IF it fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log
