First time playing - once the game loads I can click around for 30 seconds or so before it crashes. The error report says it is a "panic" related to the graphics and textures.

I'm running a 2017 macbook with the following specs:

Processor: 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB

I tried turning the trees off and the texture resolution to low to make it easier on the graphics but not sure what else to do..

Technically the game is not supported on Intel video on any OS. But that shouldn't cause a crash, just slowness.

Please attach here as a text file, here the Apple crash report.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log and any other files there over 0 bytes.

Also in Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.

Thanks! Here are the files.

Not a good sign!
panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff801a8572bd): "Graphics firmware encountered an exception (eip: 0xf6a7, fault #: 0xd)\n"@/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/GPUDriversIntel/GPUDriversIntel-12.0.34/Common/GLKernel/Intel/kbl/sched3/IGGuC.cpp:825
Either the intel video driver is very broken, or you have a hardware issue in the video system or its memory, IMO.

You are on MacOS 10.14 , I suggest you apply 10.14.3 as that will probably have a newer video driver in it.

Good luck with that!
