Halo sir , Victoria3 crash when i am playing , i will post the log as attachment , please check it and help me to fix up this problem

As you can see from that exceptions log, that crash is in your AMD video driver. You haven't provided a dxdiag.txt so I can't tell what driver you have, but try this:
- uninstall it with this tool https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
- reboot
- install the very latest from here http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- reboot again
- test with a new unmodded campaign, NOT any existing one
