Can you please provide the following:





  • The player.log
    Located in \AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II (To see the AppData folder you’ll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)




  • A DxDiag
    • Open your Start menu, Cortana or Search
    • Type dxdiag in the search field
    • Click on the dxdiag program
    • A window called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" should pop up now
    • Wait until the green bar at the bottom-left has disappeared
    • At the bottom right-hand side, click on "Save all information"
    • Save it to a place where you can find it easily, for example your desktop
    • Attach this file here
    • IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.
 
here is an error report. I am not finding anything that says player.log

It will certainly be there ... did you enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer ? This is necessary because MS hide the AppData folder for some reason.
 
Hi Andrew and happy Monday!! Just given you an update. I did enable hidden items in File Explore and still was not able to locate the files you asked for. This made me realize, that not only am I poor, but I must be slow as well. LOL! Outside of that. I did find out that my memory was failing, so I replaced my SSD card and bought 4 more sticks of ram to replace the old ones. I reset BIOS and BAM I am back in the game with no crashes.
