I'm so new to this that I just figured out how to install AGOT and now it won't load right

What version of the mod are you using and what version of CK2?

There's your problem, the mod is not compataible with the latest version of CK2 yet. Using Steam you can revert back to the previous version (2.0.4) and should be able to play fine.

Thanks. I found it. The problem I'm having now, though, is that the game doesn't allow me to adjust screen resolution when the GoT mod is activated and the default resolution makes reading difficult. Does anybody know of a fix for this? Haven't had a problem adjusting resolution in the Vanilla version.

Right-click on it, choose "properties", go to the "betas" tab and one of the betas is the old 2.0.4.

I've set my game to 2.0.4 too, and downloaded the latest mod, but it still crashes at loading screen.

Okay, now I can enter the game, but there are no characters or anything in any provinces, and when I press saved games, it shuts down.
