Needs Info Game crashes during "initializing game"

Information I have verifed my game files (Steam only) Yes I have disabled all mods Yes I am running the latest game update Yes Required Summary Game crashes during "initializing game" Description The game sits on "initializing game" for 5-10 minutes and then just crashes. I have checked file integrity, I have run in debug mode, I have disabled and enabled full screen optimization, run as admin, I have tried multiple fixes found online when looking for this issue such as increasing vram, disabling services through msconfig, disabling my anti virus and a load more. Nothing has worked so far. Steps to reproduce I open the game, wait for a few minutes and then it crashes Game Version 1.14.2.2 Platform Windows Additional Information Affected Feature Crashes Save Game Other Attachments
