Game crashes frequently on xbox cloud

Description​

So initially, the crashes would mainly happen when the game is being saved, whether it's manual or autosave doesn't matter. Now I'm in a mission where the crashes are becoming so extremely frequent, that it has so far taken me two days to finish the mission.. and I'm not there yet. Crash after crash after crash. Sometimes on save, sometimes random, sometimes during a fight, sometimes while running from one place to another. I can't pinpoint how to exactly reproduce it, and every move seems to have become a game of Russian roulette. It could literally happen any time.


Please use my account use my save, use whatever you need to debug this. I love the game, but it's riddled with bugs. Let me know how I can get a save game to you for a game on xbox cloud. I'm even willing to do screen sharing if needed.

Small update to the above:
My game is now so corrupted that I can no longer save my game, manual or autosave. As there's autosave at the end of the mission, I can no longer finish the mission, so game over. It was fun while it lasted, but I guess that's it!

I'm in week 32 trying to play Operation Ricochet streaming the game on game pass on my Xbox one. Before today's update this level would crash right after I finished it before it was able to auto save about 10-15 times. Playing off of a save I made 1 minute into the level. I could never save after that without a crash. Today after the update which I'm guessing was sit applied to the game pass servers I can't get close to the end of the level without the game crashing during battles. It's happened 5 out 6 times today. Super annoying you made a great game but messed it up bad. It shouldn't never have been released. When I look at my game stats I have 5 days of actual playing time and I'm still in week 32, totally unacceptable!




I fight the first group in front of me it 2 separate battles. Go over to the left and start to pick off a couple enemies at a time or accidentally get into it with all of them but the outcome today is crash, crash, crash, crash. At least yesterday I could get to the end and it would just crash after I entered the evacuation spot right before it showed my new cards I earned and it never saved. I don't get why you released this broken mess. It could've been a great game with great reviews and many fans. Now it just a glitchy mess that's frustratingly annoying as it crashes all the time. Could've been a great new ip but I don't know how you can recover from this... What a shame!
