Game Crashes in 1727!

Playing as the HRE my very last saved game was at December 1715, after I force-vassalized the Dutch. 1725 comes around, I annex the Dutch, there seem to be no problems. However in 1727 it crashes, I try the scenario again, it crashes in 1727 again! Is there anything that happens at 1727 and if not then what can possibly be the problem? I want to finish my game!

Look in the save game and see if any provinces are listed for more than one nation.
The nations you want to look at are the ones that just merged.
