Steps to reproduce​

Click on the bulldozer icon and hover over the bay area.

Expected Result​

Im not sure. I just opened up the game after a couple of days and suddenly encountered this issue.

Actual Result​

If you click on the bulldoze tool and try to hover over the bay area of the city, in front of the big statue, crashes instantly.

I was messing around with the No Vehicle Despawn mod ( I tried to, well, disable despawning vehicles to solve any traffic problems) before encountering this crash (right after opening up the game for the first time in 5-6 days). There was no game update, no mod update, I tried removing the Better Bulldozer mod and the aforementioned No Vehicle Despawn mod as well, but it didnt work. The crash only happens when you have the bulldozer tool active and hover over that bay area.

Have you tried disabling the mods, if you have any installed, and then tried this again?

Please try adding "--disableModding" as a launch option (https://pdxint.at/LaunchOptionsCS). This removes access to PDX Mods entirely, and if the game and a new save works with this enabled then the issue lies in the mods you have installed, and if you're unable to disable your mods in-game you can always do so on the web version.
