Game crashes on autosaving

Hey. I have trouble with autosaving.

Evere 4-10 years the game freezes and crashes during autosaving (a little less frequent with compressed save files)

at first I thought this is the faault of one of quite a few mods I run, but recently I converted my game to EU4 and I do not play with any mods in EU4 and still the game crashes on autosaves. I doubt, that the bug could've been converted from ck2 (the mods changed content, that doesn't exist in eu4 anymore), so it must either be the game, my system, or my ssd.

I should note that I had to expand my System partition a while ago with an external program, which caused wrong Volume Letters for all my other partitions and quite a few programs not working correctly. I reinstalled stead and both ck2 and EU4 were installed afterwards.

Do you also get this in HOI4 and Stellaris?

What antivirus app do you use?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log .
