game crashes on initalizing screen

Description​

game is silent for a while, then music starts playing, then a swoosh sound plays, then music stops for a second, then continues playing for a second and then it crashes. this all happens while it stays on the initializing game screen. tried literally everything to try an fix it. please help me

- Your crash logs, which should be located in C:\Users\[USER NAME]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\crashes - should be at least one folder with name that have a "ck3" prefix and then set of multiple numbers
- Your error log, which should be located in C:\Users\[USER NAME]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\logs - as error.txt file
- If you provide us your PC specifications it could help us identify the issue.
- If you are willing, could you make a video with issue visibly happening?
