The game keeps crashing on 06/01/1645. No action is part of it, just the game tick.
I don't know what more information you need.
I would attach the save file and dxdiag but the website won't let me for some reason.

dxdiag:

Are you using any mods? If not, a save file would be helpful. Can you attach it to this post now? Maybe it was not allowed in your first forum post(I think you won't be allowed to post a link to an external site either).

Forgot to mention, I'm using a bunch of mods, but not for the first time.
Then you are on your own. You are using mods which are incompatible with each other(e.g. europa expanded and governments expanded) and this is the most likely reason for that crash. It is probably something does not happen every game(e.g. an AI managed to complete a specific mission which is supposed to give them a government reform which does not exist, because another mod overwrote the file which contains that reform).

You could try to load an older save and hope that the circumstances for this crash don't happen again, but there are probably more issues with your mod combination. You could also try to revert back to 1.37.2 and load a save which was created before the 1.37.3 update this morning, because maybe the crash was caused by the update in some way(e.g. a bug in the update or an incompatibility between the update and one of the mods). But your mods might update to 1.37.3 and this might cause issues with 1.37.2.

EE and Governments Expanded are part of the same family of mods, surely they're compatible?
That family split up a while ago. The recent comments on the workshop pages of both mods are complaining about compatibility problems and asking for a compatibility patch
