Game Crashes on Splitting Army (1.9.0.4)

Description​

When ever I split a(n/ a particular) army the game completely crashes.
Had been working fine but now it reproduces every time

Steps to reproduce​

1) Load the save game
2) Select the army in Anatolia
3) Select "Split in Half
4) Observe the game crashes

Also happens when merging (that?) army after manually splitting as well
