Game crashes or does not boot up properly

Description​

A few days before the new DLC got released the game did't boot up. when pressed on CONTINUE GAME the loading screen pops up for a few minutes, then the screen turns black and stays until you press any button and then the game crashes and jumps to the bug report window (which is not possible to send).
When pressing on NEW GAME, the Screen mostly stays black without showing any reaction, and no button pressing helps, it stays black until you manually go out of the Program and close the game down.

Steps to reproduce​

It came out of nowhere, The day before it was working and on the next day it completely stooped working. same Mods active, same DLC active, same settings and same settings.
