I'm crashing everytime I try to load the game to start playing.
When the game is crashing it isn't generating an error.txt inside the crashes folder
I've tried the disable fullscreen optimizations.
Tried reinstalling the game and deleting all the paradox documents folders.
The game did work previously in this same machine, no change made to the machine.

I have the logs for both with and without fullscreen optimizations.
(the earlier one is with the optimizations, the previous one is without it.)

I don't see any cause of this problem in those files. Is the problem the same if you run victoria3.exe directly from file explorer?

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.

Here's DxDiag.log, I don't know what was making it crash but I've tried to reinstall the game delete all files on the documents folder and I updated the C++ Distributable after that the game opened and the map showed up I've run a game in great quing up until 1860 and it was running fine(all vanilla). I don't know what is making my game "break", because If I play with mods, and then try without it the vanilla game is broken, It shouldn't be normal the behavior

Are you saying the unmodded game works okay, then you install and/or play with mods and it plays okay, but if you then disable mods it no longer works? If so that seems to say that a mod or mods is breaking the vanilla game. IOW they are modifying or adding files in the vanilla file system, which a mod should never do.

I don't see any problem in that dxdiag. You are on Win11 Build 22631 which I think is 23H2, so not liable to the known problems with 24H2.
