Game crashes when clicking grand rite event, or soon after unpausing

Description​

Game is now unplayable as unpausing the game shortly after causes a CTD as well as while being (un)paused and simply clicking the grand rite event icon at my capital.

Steps to reproduce​

Click grand rite event icon or unpause game
