Game Crashes when I click play. (I own every DLC that is not a music pack.)

Does it crash no matter which ruler you select, etc?

Hmm, we're testing it here and it works for everyone at the office. Sometimes, there are issues after we've just uploaded a new version to Steam. I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game again in an hour or two.

Another thing you can try is to disable all portrait packs in the launcher. Let me know if that helps.

I am having same problem Gamersgate edition ,i updated to 1.11 today and it keeps crashing. i choose single player and no matter whether i click a old save or start new when i click play it begins to load and suddenly it crashes to desktop. please help.

Just tried without customize dlc, it works, the new dlc for rename and changing vassals is crashing my game.

Interesting. Are you running any mods?
