Game crashes when I try to open the savegames list

When I choose the option "Load Game", game crashes. I tried to start a new game and it worked, but savegames were still not accessible.
What should I do?

Start a new game, your save games are useless. Probably caused by the patch.

I tried making saves from a new game. Still can't open the menu.

Perhaps a fresh install, or if you have the steam version you could try and see if you're missing some files by verifying the game files in its properties.

Had steam version, deleted and downloaded again, didn't work.

Delete all save files in your Documents folder.
