Once I launch the game, or resume a save the game immediately crashes when it tries to initialize.
I tried all the troubleshooting steps, including checking for updates, hard-setting at 60 FPS on the PDX launcher, but the issue persists.
Before when the game would crash in about 30 minutes, the other solution I was able to do was setting the affinity to cores 0-7 and it allowed the game to run quite normally.
I posted my computer specs from System Info. Of note, I have also just upgraded my CPU so I do not think this problem is connected to a BIOs problem. Additionally I pasted the specs here:
