Game crashes when launching.

Description​

The game crashes on startup every time since the new update. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, deleting all my mods, deleting the Crusader Kings 3 folders in my document folder that had settings, my saves and everything else, running the game as administrator and disabling the fullscreen optimization. Nothing works. I can't even report the crash with the crash reporting thing because it just crashes as well! The only way to start my game is to go back to a previous version of the game. All the previous versions of the game work just fine.

I have the same issue on steam deck

Same Issue on PC with Steam, I also ran those checkups and install/reinstall. Updating all the pilots didn't help as well.
