Game crashes when splitting or merging armies, due to zero-sized levies.

Description​

I started having repeated "random" crashes yesterday (before the latest update). I came back today, after the update, still the same issue. I tried to send a crash report, but it doesn't work (this is reported separately, by other people).

However, after like 10 crashes, I was able to narrow it down to me trying to split or merge specific army. So, instead of merging, or splitting in half, I went to "Split off new Army". There, at the very bottom of the list, I found a zero sized levies regiment:
- Normal levies icon
- Said "Levies"
- the size was zero ("0")
- the bar below the size was constantly "loading": going from zero to 100%, then reset to zero, and repeat

So, I thought that this is probably the cause of the problem, and indeed, that was the case. When I split off specific regiments manually and then split them in half or merged together, or merged back to the main army even, no crash. A half-split with the army with those levies always crashed the game. There was also one situation when I think it crashed on some merge, but not sure when was that, however it did involve that army with zero-sized levies.

I could not separate the levies from the main army by moving them to the right side of the split screen. Delete button didn't work either. However, I was able to move all the other regiments to the right side, and leave the zero-levies on the left. Then I was able to delete the whole army.

This fixed the crashes. At least for now, everything appears to be in order and I can do whatever I want with my army without any further issues.

I do not have a save game nor a screenshot, as I've already deleted those levies, and this is ironman.

Steps to reproduce​

I've described this in the description field. I have no idea how the zero sized levies got into my army tbh. I was doing some "create army and then stop reinforcing" actions, so maybe that's when? Hard to say tbh.

Also, "station besiegers" resulted in the same crash, when done with army with zero sized levies.

Thank you very much for figuring this out. My game takes forever to launch so I was going out of my mind getting these crashes. You're an actual lifesaver.
