Game crashes when trying to launch

I have the same error report, and unfortunately it seems we'll have to wait for the development team to resolve it!

However, there're a load of things to try before you give up. You can find them dotted around the tech support forum!

I've tried almost everything I saw in the other complaints. Reinstalling the game, checking if my Windows and my drivers are up to date, lauching the game in window mode, and more stuff. But nothing changed and the game continued crashing. I hope that the staff will soulve this quickly because I've been trying to do it since many hours.

Also it's strange because not everybody is having this problem. Some players can play it naturally as far as I know. Curious.

I bought the game on Sunday and 25.8hrs of playtime by purely trying to get it to work! I'm now just waiting patiently!

Lots of video problems and errors in there but your nVida driver is up to date. As a test can you disable the Intel video system entirely? We've seen some issues on dual video system slike this.
