Game suddenly crashed while loading the map

Steps to reproduce​

The game suddenly crashed while loading one of my cities. I have a proper crash report for that one with the crash.dmp file. I tried loading a new game to see if the same issue would occur, and it did. The game crashed while loading again, but this time the window saying the game had crashed didn't pup up. I tried it once more with a city that I already had, and it again crashed without the pop up window. After checking my folders, a new crash report had appeared but I'm not sure if it refers to the 2nd or the 3rd crash. Yet that second crash report does not include the crash.dmp file, only 'error' and 'output_log'. In the attachments will be the first crash report.

The published minimum requirement for this game is 8gb of system memory; the game will never run in 4gb.

Unless you have access to a machine that can run the game, please seek a refund from where you bought it.
