Game crashes while loading/ Fresh reinstall (xbox gamepass PC)- No mods

Hi all,
my problem with the game is that it crashes while it's loading just after starting it, most times around 20-30%. I've tried all things, i don't have any antivirus that may interfere, i reinstalled the game several times and i ran the directX diagnostic tool, all drivers and directX are up to date. I'm going to attach the files that may help you figure out what's the problem and how to resolve it, i'd be very glad.

Actually your nVidia driver is two versions out of date. Not that I think that's your problem, but you may as well update it:

Then go here:

Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads

This article lists the download links for the latest versions of Visual C++ Redistributable packages.

support.microsoft.com

And run the x86 and x64 installers there.

Assuming that does not help, has the game ever run properly on this machine? Or it has always been like this?
