Game crashing around the same date

Description​

Game keeps crashing around August 13th 1634. I recently formed the Angevin Kingdom. I've tried loading the backup save file and problem persisted, I tried saving a different game and starting the save run from a different date, problem persisted. I've updated my graphics drivers multiple times, problem persisted, I've changed game resolution and window type, problem persisted, I've contacted tech support and done everything they've asked me to do and problem persisted.

Steps to reproduce​

Load game, let it run to around August.
