Game crashing PC randomly for no reason

Description​

I just bought the game and it's dlcs, and so I've been trying to play it. It seems fun enough but I am trying to do the tutorial and it just randomly is crashing my pc again and again. I will play anywhere from 3-15 minutes and it will randomly shut off all 3 of my monitors and my pc becomes unresponsive, though what also confuses me is I can still hear game audio and the lights of my pc remain on, but I have to restart in order to gain any functionality. I cleaned out my pc, validated files multiple times, did a full clean reinstall, all my drivers are up to date, and the same bug persists. My temps are also all mid 50s and I have a really good rig, so I'm at a loss. PC specs: RTX 3070, I9-10900KF, 32 gigs ram.

Steps to reproduce​

Turn on the game, start a save (Been trying to finish tutorial, so launch that), play for a few minutes (Time varies) then random crash of my PC.
