Could you please upload your save-file in a comment, so that I can take a look at it and see what is going wrong?

Thank you for the save, that was extremely helpful in trying to replicate this issue. I can confirm that I can reproduce the issue when running 1.9.0.2, however, it seems like the issue has been fixed internally already so you should have it working again in a future patch for 1.9.

I would recommend you start a new save game until the update is out, or if you still want to continue your old save, you can roll back to the previous update in the game properties.
