This is probably to do with your Windows User Documents folder being on OneDrive (ie MS's cloud servers). That ought to work in general, but it requires OD to be running all the time, to be syncing perfectly, and you to be online all the time.

If you didn't actually want your documents held on the MS cloud, you can change the Windows settings accordingly. Right click on Documents in the left column of File Explorer, just under This PC there. Go to properties, location - that's where you can change it to point to the old default location C:/users/{userName}/Documents

If however you DO want your documents stored up there, let us know and we'll look into this further with you.

All the best!

i cant, i tried not only in the c: disk but also in the d: disk and nothing, it trigger an error that says: Folder cannot be moved here
The folder cannot be moved because there is a non-redirectable folder in the same location. Access denied.

I see some fixes for that situation here - it appears to be a OD bug!

If you're not comfortable with such things you may need to seek local help with it.

Good luck!

i worked c:
however i had to do some things myself, i did the powershell option and in says that the value data should be "%USERPROFILE%Documents", but i actully had to put "%USERPROFILE%\Documents", even with that it wasnt working, so first i saved my files in a safe space for precuation and delete them from "documents" (i really dont know if that did smt tbh but i recomend do it so), and then in the carpet of one drive ("c:/users/username/OneDrive") i deleted the "documents" from there, just after i did that i finally could change it to the right ubication.

i hope that by detailing what i did maybe it would help other with the same proble, thx.
:D
